Renee Kardell

After five years of storytelling marketing through her self-founded business, Tamarack Creative, Renee has taken a bold step into the world of public speaking—this time to share her own story. Her mission: to inspire fellow women to embrace resilience and fearless bravery, even in the face of life’s most daunting challenges.

Despite a tumultuous upbringing, Renee’s journey has been marked by extraordinary milestones: traveling to 51 countries (and counting), serving in the Peace Corps in Ethiopia (2018–2020), building a successful business, becoming a firefighter with the Pequot Lakes Fire District in Minnesota, and nurturing a loving relationship.

When she’s not on stage or working with clients, Renee enjoys a quiet, forest-filled life in rural Minnesota with her husband, Danny, their two dogs, and a cat who insists she’s also a dog. Her free time is filled with reading, writing, and planning her next travel adventure.
