Kenzi Rose is a creative director and leadership coach who turns coaches into magnetic leaders who get paid to be unapologetically themselves.

Her journey began over a decade ago when she dove headfirst into her own inner healing. Despite having all the credentials — a Master’s degree in mental health, multiple certifications, and a résumé full of accolades — she discovered that real transformation doesn’t come from degrees or formulas. It comes from embodiment: trusting your vision, pulling your future self from the 5D into the 3D, and showing up with radical authenticity.

Since launching her coaching business five years ago, Kenzi has guided more than 300 coaches and creatives to dissolve self-sabotage and activate their authentic voice. She’s led dozens of plant medicine ceremonies and organically grown a community of over 15,000 people simply by sharing her truth and creative vision.
